1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans purchased through the SpoofWard platform ("Service"), operated by T&C Technologies LTD, an Israeli company (VAT: 516092582), registered at Hizma Street 7, Beit Hanina, Jerusalem, Israel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record.

2. Free Plan

SpoofWard offers a free plan with limited features. The free plan does not involve any payment, so no refund applies. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free plan at any time without notice.

3. Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Enterprise, or other plans) are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain full access to the Service until that date.

4. Refund Eligibility

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with SpoofWard, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or first payment on a new plan. This applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one refund per customer.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your initial purchase. Please include your account email address, the plan you purchased, and the reason for your refund request. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and will appear back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day money-back period, subscriptions do not auto-refund for partially used billing periods. You may cancel at any time (via the customer portal hosted by Lemon Squeezy) and you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. Exceptional refund requests may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Annual Subscriptions

If you purchased an annual subscription, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel your annual subscription at any time, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining months. Your access continues until the end of the annual billing period.

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan (for example, from Enterprise to Pro, or from Pro to Free), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the difference between plan tiers during the current billing period.

7. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice for the same period, or notice any billing discrepancy, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate with Lemon Squeezy and, if the charge is confirmed as an error, issue a full refund promptly.

8. Service Disruptions

SpoofWard strives for high availability, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or due to unforeseen circumstances. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. In the event of a prolonged, unscheduled outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, affected paid subscribers may request a prorated credit for the period of disruption by contacting our support team.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing concern, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us (or directly with Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record) may result in your account being suspended until the dispute is resolved.

10. Account Termination by SpoofWard

If SpoofWard terminates your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. If we terminate the Service entirely or discontinue your plan without cause, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused prepaid period.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
