If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
SpoofWard is a cloud-based email security and DNS intelligence platform that helps businesses monitor and improve their email authentication posture. The Service provides:
Features and functionality vary by subscription plan. SpoofWard relies in part on data provided by third-party email receivers and DNS infrastructure; we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such third-party data.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the right and authority to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SpoofWard immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

SpoofWard reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms or pose a security risk.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Specifically, you agree not to:
SpoofWard operates on a subscription-based model. Pricing and features are specified for each plan. Billing occurs automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
The order process on the SpoofWard website is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries related to payments, billing, invoicing, sales tax, VAT/GST, and refunds, and handles primary buyer support for these matters. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By providing payment information, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your account on a recurring basis for the plan you select. SpoofWard does not store full credit card details on its servers.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal, which is hosted and operated by Lemon Squeezy.
If a payment fails, Lemon Squeezy and SpoofWard may attempt to contact you to update your payment method. If payment is not received within a reasonable grace period, your account may be suspended or terminated.
SpoofWard offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of any paid plan, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. To request a refund within this window, contact us at [email protected]. After the 14-day window, subscriptions do not auto-refund for partially used billing periods; however, you may cancel at any time and you will retain access until the end of the current period. All refund requests are ultimately processed through Lemon Squeezy.
For a complete description of our refund terms, please see our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls with respect to refund eligibility.
SpoofWard reserves the right to modify, increase, or decrease the pricing of any plan at any time and at its sole discretion. We will notify you of price changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the new pricing takes effect. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after the new pricing takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing.
SpoofWard may offer a free plan with limited features. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free plan at any time without notice. Free-plan users have no entitlement to continued access or any specific level of service.

SpoofWard does not read, store, or analyze the full content of email messages. We only process email metadata and DMARC report data as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service, including all content, software, documentation, and materials, is owned by or licensed to T&C Technologies LTD. All intellectual property rights in the Service are reserved.
You retain all intellectual property rights in any data you submit to the Service. However, you grant SpoofWard a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and analyze your data as necessary to provide the Service, including for the purpose of improving our threat detection and analytics capabilities.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written consent from SpoofWard.
SpoofWard implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data is stored on secure servers protected by Cloudflare's network security and DDoS protection. Regular backups are maintained to protect against data loss. We do not share your domain monitoring data with third parties except as required by law or as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining regular backups of any data you consider critical. SpoofWard is not liable for data loss resulting from your failure to maintain backups.

Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. SpoofWard is not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOOFWARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SPOOFWARD FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOOFWARD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While we strive for high availability, SpoofWard does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend or limit access to the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will attempt to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
SpoofWard is not responsible for any disruption of service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
SpoofWard reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to:
In the event of a permanent discontinuation of the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice to active paid subscribers and offer a pro-rata refund for any prepaid and unused subscription period. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
SpoofWard is an informational and monitoring tool. We do not guarantee that using the Service will prevent email spoofing, phishing attacks, domain hijacking, or any other security incident. The Service provides data and insights to help you make informed decisions, but you are solely responsible for your email security posture and DNS configuration. SpoofWard shall not be held liable for any security breach, data loss, or damage that occurs despite your use of the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, but you remain responsible for any outstanding charges.
SpoofWard reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if:
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable period (typically 30 days). No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpoofWard, T&C Technologies LTD, and their officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

If you are located in the European Union or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, you have specific rights regarding your personal data, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
SpoofWard shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, fire, flood, earthquake, cyberattacks, sanctions, or any other event that is unforeseeable or beyond our control. During any such event, our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel.
Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation with SpoofWard at [email protected].
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of SpoofWard to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of T&C Technologies LTD.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SpoofWard regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
