Aggregate Reports
The Aggregate Reports viewer lets you browse the raw DMARC reports received by SpoofWard. Each report contains detailed statistics from receiving mail servers about how your email performed authentication checks.
Business+ Feature
The detailed report viewer is available on Business and Enterprise plans. All plans can view summary data in the DMARC Dashboard.
Browsing Reports
Navigate to DMARC → Aggregate Reports. The table shows:
- Report Date — The period the report covers
- Reporting Organization — The mail server that generated the report (e.g., Google, Microsoft)
- Total Messages — Volume of email covered
- Pass Rate — Percentage passing DMARC alignment
Report Details
Click any report to see IP-level details:
- Source IP — Each IP that sent email from your domain
- Message Count — How many messages from that IP
- SPF Result — Pass, fail, or neutral
- DKIM Result — Pass, fail, or neutral
- DMARC Disposition — None, quarantine, or reject
- Header From — The claimed sender domain
Filtering
Filter reports by date range, reporting organization, or pass/fail status to focus on specific issues.
Export
Export report data to CSV for external analysis or compliance documentation.
