Import DMARC XML Reports
If you have existing DMARC aggregate reports (XML files), you can upload them directly into SpoofWard instead of waiting for new reports to arrive via email.
When to Use Import
- Migrating from another provider — Import your historical DMARC data
- Manual report collection — If you receive DMARC reports to a mailbox you manage
- Testing — Upload sample reports to see how SpoofWard processes them
How to Import
- Navigate to DMARC → Import XML
- Click Choose File and select your XML file (or .gz/.zip compressed XML)
- Click Upload & Process
- SpoofWard parses the report and adds it to your domain's data
Supported Formats
- Raw XML files (.xml)
- Gzip-compressed XML (.xml.gz)
- Zip archives containing XML (.zip)
After Import
Imported data appears in the DMARC Dashboard, Aggregate Reports viewer, and Sender Discovery within minutes. Duplicate reports (same report ID) are automatically skipped.
Important
The imported report must reference a domain that belongs to your organization. Reports for domains you don't own will be rejected.
