Deliverability Score

The Deliverability Score gives you a single number (0–100) that represents how likely your email is to reach recipients' inboxes. It combines multiple factors into one actionable metric.

Score Breakdown

Your overall score is the sum of six components:

  • SPF Score (0–20) — Is your SPF record valid and strict? Hard fail (-all) scores highest.
  • DKIM Score (0–20) — What percentage of your email passes DKIM validation? Based on the last 7 days of DMARC data.
  • DMARC Score (0–25) — Combines your DMARC alignment rate with your policy level. p=reject with high alignment scores highest.
  • Blacklist Score (0–20) — Is your domain listed on any email blacklists? Clean domains score 20. Each listing deducts 5 points.
  • DNS Health Score (0–15) — Your latest DNS health audit score, normalized to 15 points.
  • Volume Score (0–10) — Consistent email volume indicates a healthy sending domain. Based on 7-day message counts.
