Billing Details

How Billing Works

• Monthly plans - Bill on the same day each month
• Annual plans - Bill once per year, get 2 months free
• Prorated charges - If you upgrade mid-month, only pay for remaining time

Payment Methods

• Credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• ACH - Bank transfer (Business+, Enterprise)
• Invoice - Net 30 terms (Enterprise)

Upgrades

To upgrade your plan:

1. Log in to SpoofWard
2. Go to Organization Settings → Billing
3. Click Upgrade Plan
4. Select new plan
5. Enter payment details
6. Confirm
7. Upgraded immediately

Prorated credit applied if you've already paid this month.

Downgrades

To downgrade:

1. Go to Organization Settings → Billing
2. Click Downgrade Plan
3. Select new plan
4. Confirm

Note: If current plan has features the new plan doesn't have, those features are disabled. For example:

• Downgrading from Pro to Starter: API access removed
• Extra domains beyond new plan limit: Oldest domains affected

Refund issued for unused portion if applicable.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to Organization Settings → Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Confirm cancellation
4. Access continues until end of billing period
5. No refund for cancellation mid-month

After cancellation:

• Your account downgraded to Free
• Data retained for 90 days
• Can reactivate anytime

Common Billing Questions

Can I change my billing cycle?

Yes. Switch between monthly and annual anytime:

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Can I get a refund?

Refunds generally not provided for cancellation. However:

• Billing errors: Full refund
• Service outages (24+ hours): Prorated credit
• Downgrade mid-month: Refund for unused time

What if I'm in a trial?

Free plan never expires. Pro/Business trials:

• 14-day free trial available
• No credit card required
• Full feature access
• Convert to paid or downgrade to Free

Do you have a discount for annual billing?

Yes, 2 months free when paying annually:

• Free/Starter/Pro: Save ~$50-100/year
• Business: Save ~$150/year
• Bigger savings on longer commitments

What currencies do you accept?

USD primarily. Other currencies:

• EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD available
• Converted at daily rate
• Rate shown before payment
