Manage and optimize your SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records with SpoofWard's SPF tools.

SPF Checker & Generator

Navigate to Tools → SPF → Checker & Generator.

Checker

Enter a domain to look up its SPF record. SpoofWard validates:

• Correct syntax (v=spf1 prefix)
• Valid mechanisms (include, ip4, ip6, a, mx)
• DNS lookup count (must stay under 10)
• Trailing mechanism (-all, ~all, +all)
• Known provider detection (Google, Microsoft, SendGrid, etc.)

Generator

Build an SPF record visually:

1. Add your mail servers and authorized senders
2. Select from common providers (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)
3. Add custom IP addresses or includes
4. Choose the fail mechanism (-all recommended)
5. Copy the generated record

SPF Flattener
